It workds to extrude round thead from HDPE or PP. The round thread is appliacable to manufature of rope, cable, fishing net, construction security net, sun-shade net, artificial hair, mosquito net. Brush as well as protectivenet for cotton field. This machine can be equipped with spinneret numbers ranging from 60, 80, 100, 120, 160 to 180; the extruded round thread diameter from 0.15 to 0.35mm; and the productivity is at 15-60kg/h. With compact structure, the machine features a DC motor for both synchronous speed control and single speed control, thus achieving the different paramter requirements. The spinneret is processed by the most advanced techniques to ensure the smoothness and uniformity of the threads. The machine is stable in run, flexible in control, easy to operate, so safe and reliable.
